It is an honor and privilege to work at the Kate Marmion Regional Cancer Center in Uvalde. This beautiful facility was named in honor the the granddaughter of former Texas Governor Dolph Briscoe and was erected to bring specialized cancer care to Southwest Texas, serving a nine county area. The Mission of our facility is to provide outstanding personalized care are in an environment that is pleasant and friendly for patients and their families. My personal appreciation for the uniqueness of each patient's needs and concerns was brought to light as my mother has a survivor of both breast cancer and lung cancer. I saw firsthand how a caring, responsive team can make a difference in the outcomes of cancer patients.
I come to Southwest Texas bringing over 25 years of professional experience and depth of personal experience and am pleased that our community can offer great cancer care close to home.
